Detection of premature ventricular contractions in ECG
Kantor, Marek ; Ronzhina, Marina (referee) ; Novotná, Petra (advisor)
This thesis focusses on the detection methods of extrasystoles from ECG and description of electrocardiogram, cardiac conduction system, extrasystoles and ventricular tachycardia. Extrasystoles are premature ventricular contraction caused by ectopic heartbeats. Classification is based on signal preprocessing, detection of R peak, the heartbeat segmentation, the feature description methods, normalization of features and the learning algorithms used. Selected and realized methods achieved classification accuracy ACC = 98 %, sensitivity SE = 100 % and specificity SP = 96,1 %. Gained features are also used for detection bundle branch block.
The Potential of Geocaching as a Tool for Exploring Regions and Landscapes.
BLÁHA, Martin
Geocaching is an outdoor activity where participants use GPS technology to find hidden caches. These caches are located using coordinates provided online, and players then embark on a real-world search to locate them. The aim of this diploma thesis is to closely examine the impact of geocaching on landscape exploration within a region. It aims to explani fundamental terms used in geocaching, core gameplay principles, and related concepts for readers. The research section builds on these concepts to addressing predefined research questions and seeks to provide insight into broader context. As part of the recommendations, summary overviews of selected caches are presented. Subjectively selected caches are evaluated based on predefined criteria, and their profiles are provided.
Experimental infrastructure for electronic geocaching
Škrhák, Pavel ; Komosný, Dan (referee) ; Burda, Karel (advisor)
The aim of this work is to study conventional and electronic geocaching, and to implement the proposed infrastructure for electronic geocaching. The work describes convetional geocaching, it's history and present, as well as what is cache and what cache contains. next, the infrastructure for electronic geocaching, it's parts and communication between them is described. The work then describes the design of individual parts of the new infrastructure, and suitable technologies are selected for their implementation. The Django framework and PostgreSQL database were chosen for server appliaction. And a design for individual models for the server applicaation was made. The Angular framework was chosen for the client application. Design of individual pages and their functions was made for the client application. After the design, testing of already made applications was carried out, and it was decided, if the appliaction will be taken over or not. In the next part fo the work, the implementation of individual appliactions is made. The creation of page components and their functions, as well as communication with the server appliaction, is described for the client application. The server application implementation includes the creation of the designed models and database, as well as model serializers and API (Application Programming Interface) endpoints, that will allow the the client and mobile application to communicate with the server application. Individual activities and fragments were created for the mobile application, and communication with the server application and smart card was implemented. The smart card application has been taken over and slightly modified. The thesis further describes the testing of individual application and the results of this testing.

Contributions of Geocaching as a tourism product in South Bohemia
ŠVECOVÁ, Denisa
This bachelor thesis focuses on Geocaching which is a leisure activity, outdoor treasure hunting game using GPS - enabled devices. Participants navigate to a specific set of GPS coordinates and then attempt to find the geocache hidden at that location. In the theoretical part, specific terms concerning destination in tourism, modern technologies and Geocaching and its influence on tourism are explained. As the key point of the practical part was established the serie of five thematic caches RIO16 that symbolize the number of circles in the emblem of the Olympic Games and through which it was possible to track consumer behaviour of Geocaching players in tourism on this particular example. Based on the foundation of the serie was created questionnaire. At the end of the thesis the new tourism product called "Baroque Treasures of South Bohemia" is proposed based on the proven fact that Geocaching has positive impact on tourism. This is another thematic serie of caches created to raise awareness about the important Baroque monuments of South Bohemia. Based on the data analysed in this thesis, it is assumed that a new serie of caches will encourage attendance of Geocaching players who are willing to travel for caches, pay for the provided tourist attractions during the hunt and use tourism products of the South Bohemia.
